Can I come and buy an item at anytime?
Currently we operate our business from a shared commercial kitchen in Mississauga called The Cake Collective. This means we do not have a storefront and as such, we operate out business on a pre-order basis. A 3-5 day notice is required for all orders.
Do you offer Curbside Pickup?
Yes, we currently offer the option for curbside pickup from The Cake Collective commercial kitchen. However, if you require a contactless pickup option, please contact us and we will be happy to accomodate.
Do I have to make my payment in advance?
For all payments made online using a debit or credit card must be made in full. However, if you are choosing to pay through e-transfer, we require a minimum of 50% of payment in advance and the other half of payment can be made upto a day before pickup.
Do you offer dietary options?
Yes. Although we can accommodate for all dietary options; please note that we do not operate in an environment that is 100% free of allergens (i.e., we do not have separate baking equipment or utensils).
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, all our products are currently non-refundable. In the event that a customer cancels after paying their first 50% of payment, their payment will not be refunded. However, if the customer needed to cancel an order due to unforseen circumstance such as new Covid restrictions, the customer can cancel their order and receive a Nora's Bakery Online Store Credit such as Gift Card with the balance that the customer had paid intially. These gift cards would have no expiry date to use them by. If a customer is unsatisifed by the taste of their order, they cannot request a refund as this could be due to a personal taste preference.
Can I get a refund if my baked goods arrive damaged?
Can I taste an item before ordering?
At this time due to Covid, we do not offer product sampling. However, for items like cakes, we recommend that customer order the same flavour but as a cupcake instead
