ABOUT US
Nora Bahgat has a Bachelor Degree in Graphic Design from OCAD University and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation. She is Food Handler Certified and is currently working towards completing a Cake Decorating Certificate program at George Brown College.
Nora has over 14 years of baking experience. She started baking as a hobby when she was 10 years old and took many courses throughout her middle school, high school and post-secondary years. Baking quickly became her ultimate passionate and her goal became to combine both baking and graphic design to open her own bakery.
Being a part of someone's special day and taking their vision and turning it into a reality is an amazing feeling. Nora believes that baking is a great way to create a sense of community, belonging, and celebration.

Currently, Nora runs her Nora's Bakery business from a shared commercial kitchen in Mississauga called The Cake Collective which is near Tomken and Brittania. Although, her focus is on Halal Custom, Cookies, Cupcakes, Cakes and More; she also offers other accommodating options including vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, low sugar and more. Accessible options are available as well including pickup in Mississauga, delivery within the GTA and Shipping across Canada and the USA.
